Where to have Monitor Chassis rebuilt?

I have a Hantarex Polo 25" monitor that the virtical deflection went
out. The owner put a new cap kit in the chassis and the monitor went
dead all together. I got the machine and put a new cap kit in it and a
new flyback but still the same problem. Maybe the 1st guy put a cap in
wrong and blew something else. Anyone know a good place to send a
chassis for repair?
