Don't know about the Pentax S4i specifically but I bought a Pentax Optio S
about 4 weeks ago and I'm well impressed with it. www.dpreview.com has user
reviews of the S4i and looks very good. I reckon that the S4i is probably
just the 4Mp version of the S (3.2Mp) so look at reviews of the S.

You don't say where you are but I'm in the UK and got my camera (including a
128Mb SD card) for £185 from a trader by the wonderful screen name of
"Shutterblood" on www.ebay.co.uk and he was brilliant to deal with, well
worth a look to see if he has what you want.
