I purchased a FX5900 card from EGVA and afte a couple of days I went into my upgrade driver page in the control panel and it up dated it to the 45. something driver version. Are these drivers really meant to work with this card?? Is it because the general public is not entitled to this yet or what. I saw the reviews and benchmarks from the writer at Toms Hardware. He said in only a few instancs are they a real improvement over the one I got.It seems to be a great card both picture wise and antiliasing effects. This would't harm the card any?? I know you have all the answers??Ha Ha! Thanks fo rthe input

Must be the 45.23 det.s. Go to www.nvidia.com and grab the 52.16 if you are using win 2000/xp you will see a great improvement. The fixes for the 53.03 are mostly game fixes, but I got them anyway. I have a gainward fx 5900
