importing favorites list from old computer to new computer..

My old computer is running 98se and I want to get my favorites list for
my new computer with xp. We're not on a network and they're not in close
proximity for connecting port to port by cable. Can I just copy the
favorites folder from the old windows and put it in the new xp? I can
find no references to a favorites folder in xp, so I don't even know
where to copy it to.

I hate to appear dumb, but after I get the file on disk, where do I
transfer it to? What is the xp folder it goes in? thanks.

okay, that was really dumb. I didn't realize the old computer had an
import export wizard also. I ran it and got everything taken care
of. Thanks again.
