I also couldn't find much on Google, aside from some software that resizes
pictures
which looked a likely suspect - unfortunately, their download link is
broken, so I can't
check what dlls they include. Have you tried right-clicking on the dll and
selecting
Properties; this might give you some clue wrt the origin of the file.
Usually the
company name or comments field are the most useful.
