Can I make a new country?

Back in the good old days of my Amiga 500, Kick Off 2 and Player Manager, I
had two divisions of PM teams running on KO2 with their own histories, etc.
I've tried to create a new country in the editor programme but can't and I
wouldn't mind if there was some way of doing so.

Does anyone know if it can be done and, if so, how do I do it?

Heretic! If you wanted to do a true Independent North East league, you
would renounce the abomination that is Tyne & Wear! Newcastle is a
Northumberland club, and Sunderland and Darlington are Durham clubs.

I'd love to be able to incorporate the Durham Challenge Cup (including
Sunderland, Durham City and the misnomered Tow Law Town) in FM 2005.
When I get it.
