My ideal system, and i'm not too far away now, is to have a server set up with at least a terabyte hard-drive storage, and have all my TV shows and films aavailable to stream wirelessly to the various desktops & laptops around the house. The desktops would also all be Shuttle-type cubes, really for coolness.

Ok, at the moment i only have one desktop, a wireless router, and a single laptop, but the ideas and the basis is now there.

Am already able to stream mp3's for my girlfriend, and streaming video's works for a bit (the laptop does crash but it's only a 166MMX - i'm shocked that it can play VCD's over a wireless network at all!).

Need a bit more cash, and to wait for hard drives to increase in size a bit more. 2 terabytes would be nice, 5 would be nicer....

So nearly there...
Any thoughts anyone?
