Windows 7 will no longer boot after I installed XP to a secondary HDD.

Okay, so I just put an empty hard drive into my computer and used it to install Windows XP to use for some programs, but now when I try to boot from my original HDD it just starts loading XP.

I tried taking the HDD with XP on it out of my system, but now I just get an error message that the Operating System cannot load, which, from what I can tell, has nothing to do with Windows 7, but it is rather telling me I can't load Windows XP because of a HDD problem.

Is there any way I can get my Windows 7 to start booting again or am I basically screwed? I don't still have the original install disc so that's no use unless I could borrow one from someone.

Any help is appreciated,
