Can I Get the Lexmark Z700-P700 Series To Work On Windows 7?

Because i got this printer at a Thrift Store and it was brand new for a cheap price.

That's why it was cheap, it's an old model and no drivers beyond XP. You can try compatability mode.
Chances are that the ink in the cartridges is low or old and dried up depending on how long it's been sitting around unused. The cost of replacing the ink cartridges would be as much or even more then a new printer that will work with Windows 7.
Here's a link to some all in one printers for $49:

you need to use the driver for Windows Vista. It will make the Lexmark P700 printer work on Windows 7. I know because I have that printer and I tried it. Get it here:

Just download the .exe file and click on it to install it. Make sure you have the printer plugged into the computer and turned on before installing the driver.

*I know this is an old post but someone else with the same problem may see it and they will find the solution.
