Ignorantly Shopping for a Gaming Laptop

$1100-1000

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

15-17

3. What screen resolution do you want?

Unsure, whatever works?

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

Desktop replacement

5. How much battery life do you need?

Mostly going to leave it plugged in so high battery life not a priority.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

Yes, High. I would like the laptop to match Xbox 360 graphics or exceed them if possible.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

Gaming and Youtube videos. Not interested in Blu-ray, DVD burner, etc.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

200GB should be fine

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?

As long as possible

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?

Basic disc drive, not looking to burn anything or play Blu-ray discs.

If what I'm after can't be found in my price range, I'd like to see what can. Maybe an i7 processor too? That about covers it, thanks.
