I know the clock speeds are different... different BIOS and the voltages are a little different. I know the memory in the cards is different and the Pro memory is better.

I guess my question is... if I overclock a 9800 (non-pro) successfully to 9800 Pro speeds, would there be any difference in performance?

There might be a TINY amount of difference if the Pro BIOS uses lower memory latencies than the non-pro, but not enough to notice.
