Athlon 64 with sata HDD, won't load driver, If I try to load XP CD (not a
year old ) goes some distance then Message please load full version.
Does this happen because it has been installed before.

Charlie, go to the hard drive manufacturers website and see if they have
info on loading the driver and installing WinXP on
the drive.

Thanks Barry, it was as simple as starting with Win 98 CD and then installing
XP
