Installed 9800 XT, now KB lataches on UT 2K3

Hi Guys, I just installed a new 9800XT. Everything was going OK, until I played UT 2K3. In about 20 min in, the keyboard would lock up, but my USB optical mouse was still functional. I was able to complete a CTF level just using the mouse. I then exited the game. At this time, I decided to log out, and then my keyboard was working again. Any Ideas?

Giga-byte GA-8IK1100 MB/ P4 2.53 Ghz w/875P Chipset
1 Gig of memory.
Win XP Home Ed.
DX 9
Cat 3.9
All the latest Drivers and Bios.

it do not seem like graphic card problem.

My own beast: Athlon 2700xp+ (oc: 3200xp+ with 200fsb) , Radeon 9800pro (oc: 410/370) , 512mb ddr400. SO MUCH faster than my father pIII 550......
