Needed: Satan's Hollow joystick insert artwork

I'm in the process of restoring a Satan's Hollow upright that is missing
it's joystick insert. My hopes of finding one in good condition to purchase
are slim, so I was wondering if anyone out there who has one in good
condition would mind either removing and scanning, or taking a nice high-res
photo of it so that I can have one printed up.

Alternately, if anyone out there DOES happen to have one to sell (or even a
whole stick if the condition is good and the price is right), please drop me
a line.
