Maybe its not the card to be honest...
But Ill put my dilemma in this section anyways.
I cleaned out the dust in my computer and put everything back together. No startup, so I cleared cmos. In reality, the vid card wasnt seated right, so I seated it right, but it was to late I had already cleared the cmos.
I setup BIOS as close to overclocked specs like I had before. (nforce2 board).
I go to play black hawk down and the game crashes to desktop with a sysdump error. Crap.
That was on catalyst 3.2. I try cat 3.9, 3.7, then 3.8, then 3.9 again and cant fix anything. The game keeps crashing to desktop. Also, 3dmark03 crashes to desktop.
Sometimes with 3.9 3dmark03 made it all the way through, but not always... Black hawk down crashes at random moments also. Sometimes soon into the game, sometiems further.
Why did clearing cmos, and setting it back up to what I can best remember, hurt how anything 3d runs?
Im so frustrated.
barton 3200, radeon 9500 w/mod to 9700 pro, nforce2 board, 200/400fsb, pc3200 ram, blah blah blah.
If anyone has any suggestions, thanks.
