Where to buy?

I was wondering where some of the better places to buy graphics cards were at? Looking for a 9600pro or 9700pro. Was curious, is buying used a bad way to go on graphic cards? I'm a noob so wasn't sure if used is safe? Are there any issues, drivers etc that I need to be aware of? And if so where to for used cards?

Personally, I won't touch used cards.

Bad past experiences.

A good place to get most computer parts in general is www.newegg.com or if you want a little better price sometimes www.pricewatch.com suits, but everything there will be on different sites which may or may not be good to deal with.

Ati's web site will give you $50 for your old vid card. 9800Pro $250.
