Hi,

I have an external firewrie drive and I want to copy a file from it to
the internal HD. The file is over 1GB big, and the constant message
comes up that the connection to the HD is interrupted. I then need to
connect it again, but it still does not work. I looked up in the event
viewer, and apparently it can happen that files bigger than 128kb
cannot be read/copied on external HD. Very strange as I used to do it
before. The HD I had in the firewire enclosure was a Wester Digital
160GB ATA-100. No problem with that one. Now, that I replaced it with a
Wester Digital 120GB ATA-100 (same enclosure) I have this problem that I
cannot copy bigger files. Please help,

Thanks,

Catalin
