Captain Obvious shudders at the 250W PSU!

The 350W unit is good. Its an Antec.
The captain would have to say the 250W PSU is VERY marginal for any decent system, including the XP1600+!

The captain says Don't risk expensive components with Crap PSU's!

Although I'm sure you know that your Athlon system is under powered, I have seen people get by with week PS units and big video cards with no problems at all.

I help because you suck.
