How to benchmark Serious Sam (1st/2nd encounter) without using fraps?

I'll have to get back to you tommorow when I can check my other system.

IIRC

Press ~ to toggle the console.

Type "/dem bprofile=1" (without the quotes) to start benchmarking mode. Press Enter.

Run one or more of the demos.

Toggle the console one more time to view the results. No need to repeat above instructions for more than one demo.


If you want a frame counter then type "/hud istats=1" while in the console.

The two commands are

/dem_bprofile=1

and

/hud_istats=1

I forgot the underscore.
