Recently went overseas, but I am unable to make overseas calls with my
Treo. For nokia phones, I remember having to set 'send caller
identity' to ON, before I can make roaming calls.

Is there anything I need to set on the Treo 650? Any advise
appreciated, thanks!

Which Treo 650 ?
Assuming you are talking about USA, only GSM Treo's work overseas.
I.e. Sprint and Verizon Treo 650 do not work in Europe/Australia etc.
(since they are CDMA)
Cingular/ATT or T-Mobile are OK (GSM)
HTH
