When the computer has been powered off overnight or so, and the power is
restored and booted, it gets to the Windows startup screen where the blue bar
crosses the screen and the screen dims and the bar stops. When this occurs,
the computer will lock up and fail to continue. After hitting the reset
button, the computer boots to the screen where you can choose safe modes or
normal startup. When I choose normal mode, the computer boots normally and
runs fine.

This is just a small annoyance, but it is aggravating to have to boot up
twice before being able to use the thing.

Any help will be appreciated.
