airport in tiger doesn't work with Microsoft wireless base..

Hi, if someone could help me, I will be very happy.
I just installed the New Mac OS System, tiger, and since then, my wireless
connection stoped. Before that , with Panther, I didn't have any problem.
Does someone know why it doesnt work? I have a password, a type of wep and
nothing go on.
Could you explain, if possible, step-by step the process to get back the
connection.
