Why does "error reporting" keep appearing at the bottom of my screen? Why
does MSN keep disconnecting for no apparent reason? Neither of these things
happened until after the last major service pack came out. What gives, and
how can I get rid of these inconveniences?

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW (see: Description of Windows XP and Windows Server
