old graphics card

Does anyone know if anybody managed to make a driver for the voodoo5 video card that will work with DX 9? I know it's past time for a new card, but funds are short at this time.

As far as I know all hardware is upwards compatible with DirectX. Has your Voodoo5 stopped working since installing DirectX9 or something?

i would like to see how the voodoo 5 would do in recent benchmark.

My own beast: Athlon 2700xp+ (oc: 3200xp+ with 200fsb) , Radeon 9800pro (oc: 410/370) , 512mb ddr400. SO MUCH faster than my last computer (pIII 550......)
