Hello out there,

I am seeing with the windows explorer that my space left on drive C is 6,6
gb and the used sapce is 9 gb. However, having checked all individual
directories I am ending up with a total space used about 4,5 gb. I have turn
off
- indexing of hard drive,
- restore windows
and I have let the explorer to show all files (hidden etc).

What happened to my 4,5 gb (9gb - 4,5 gb) that are reported as used whilst
they definitely are not??
Notice that I use windows xp (NTFS) and the above problem appears in my
partition C: (15 gb) where all programmes (including windows) and files are
located and not in my partition D: (5 gb)

Please any help will be highly appreciated since I don't want to end up
formatting my partition and load everything again.
