which of the 9600pros come with..

It depends.

The ones that are 'guaranteed' to come with 2.86ns memory;

The Built By ATI R9600Pro
The Sapphire Atlantis Firblade Edition R9600Pro
The Hercules Prophet R9600Pro
The Powercolor Bravo edition (not a fan of the Brand though)

Not sure about any others.

Gigabyte more often than not comes with the slower memory but I have seen reviews with the 2.86ns stuff
Regular Sapphire Atlantis(s) come with more types of memory than there are card makers.
Tyan comes with ultra slow Samsung memory (3.5ns)
Connect 3D often has the 2.8ns memory which overclocks worse than the 2.86ns Samsung.
Gigacube comes with different modules (I also don't think highly of the brand).

Other than that it's a hit and miss thing. Can't remember what FIC and HIS put on their R9600Ps.

Not sure, it actually looks like a regular one, especially due to price.

The differences are subtle.

Basically a small logo on the box differetiates the two.
