graphics card issue

ok recently ive been getting a black screen when playing games.
I'll play for about 10mins then the screen would flicker a bit here and there, then it would flash black for a second then 30secs later it would flash black again then it would flash again and again and so on. But recently i got so anoyed with it instead of switching off the PC i just left it bacl after about a min i get a blue screen, i only get this playing games though it never happens on the desktop . Now my problem is i dont understand what it means heres the error msg can someone rly plz help me.

no its an Nforce2 based motehrboard here are my specs didnt have them on hand when i was posting last time

athlon 200+
GA-7N400 pro
512MB ram
20gb hardrive samsung
80gb hardrive sony
GF4 Ti 4200 128mb x8 AGP (sparkle i think)
using onboard sound

fan wouldnt alter anything as its alrdy like a force5 hurricane in there with the fans i got in there

That error is normally a memory crash. Try running Memtest on it and see if you have errors.
