I bought a used dell inspiron 8000 and now it says there is a password authentication system, please help.(already unpluged reserve battery and that did not work)

You wont get any help here, in fact even asking for password removal on this forum is a violation of the ToS. Ask the person you took it from what their password is.

Please stop posting ways to remove passwords!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is against forum rules and the guy above you was reminded of that. Go figure idiots that don't read why we have these forum rules since you could be helping a thief steal someones data.
