I have a sega initial D 3 with an error 21 coming up on it. I am 110%
sure the issue is in the cartridge but do not know what to begin
replacing. Any ideas?

Yes, give me a couple days to a week. The board is not in my possition
right now, when it is I will send a couple to you. Do you have any
ideas what causes this?

It all depends, do you have a Naomi 1 with the GD rom or a Naomi 2 with
the GD Rom.....see link.

It's a naomi 2 with gd rom. I may have mistaken the name of the part
with the problem. It's the DIMM board that mounts to the top of the
main board unit.
