I need a replacement monitor for my restored cabinet.

I have done a cap kit and some other fixes but my monitor problem persist. I
traced it down to a broken neck board. Apparently, the neck board was
already broken and the seller or whoever repaired it by using silicon.

I would like to replace it with a new complete set of monitor, I have
checked around, a brand new taiwanese 29" replacement comes to abt US$300.

I was thinking if it is possible that I get just the chassis at US$50 and
use an TV CRT for the tube. I can get new TV CRT for abt US$80 brand new,
brand available are Samsung, Sony, Philip, etc.

If it is possible, how do I go abt matching a suitable CRT for the chassis I
have gotten?

Thank in advance!
