Computer Turns itself off??

Im having a major problem with my computer, my computer just turns itself off
for no reason. I dont get a error message, a warning, nothing. It just goes
blank. Im on a laptop, and it mostly crashes when i play any form of game. I
know my computer can take the games im playing, because ive been playing some
of them for ages without a problem. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
