How do you sent your Recycle Bin beyond 3.99GB?

My disk is formatted with NTFS - defiantly not FAT32
I can drag the slider button to whatever percentage of disk allocated to
Recycle Bin.
Once it reaches the 3.99GB value, it won't go beyond that.

Try right clicking on the recycle bin and go to properties and try moving
the scroll bar to the right to allow your recycle bin to use more space.

Good luck
