Horrible then wonderful Asus support

More than 3 weeks ago, the Asus A7N8X motherboard that I had bought in January started giving me serious problems.

That started more than 3 weeks of horrible experiences, dealing with a support guy in the Asus RMA department.

Yesterday, I finally spoke to his supervisor, who turned the whole situation around and made it an absolutely wonderful experience.
