Had to reinstall IE 6 after all security zones were blank in Internet Options.

Worked fine for 2 days, now getting message saying "unable to open MSN.COM",
have not had time to research further.

Is this a corrputed file in IE, or do i need to do a repair of the OS
(Windows XP Pro)?

And why would it get corrupted so soon?

After working with Microsoft help desk again, resolved the problem after
uninstalling Norton's Systemsworks 2004 Professional. i'm sending query to
Symantec about it.
