quick question for anyone that knows... what is the noise/overclocking capability difference between the powercolour and asus radeon 9800XTs? i know that the asus has the added capability of handeling TV inputs but thats not a major concern for me (id much rather have a quieter card) as far as i know the powercolour is based on the reference design...

thanks in advance for any feedback

if in doubt blame microsoft...

Running at stock speeds there shouldn't be a performance difference. But if you plan to overclock, I'd bet the Asus has better rated memory than the powercolor.

Then again that's just a guess, I haven't seen the Powercolor 9800XT reviewed... I'm just basing this on the quality of parts both manufacturers have traditionally chosen.
