Really reguardless of which password it is if its your laptop you shouldn't need "to get past it". Contact the manufacturer and provide proof of ownership and they will help you
there are a great many passwords that can be at many different levels of a PC, and your post is entirely useless in informing us what password you need. Sadly, asside from telling you to check your caps lock button there is nothing we can do for you on this forum. We are not allowed to pass on information that may help you in criminal activities, and there is no way for us to know if you own the device in question, so we cannot help. Best of luck
