Taskbar buttons are giving weird problems

I'ms having some weird issues... Well first off I have Norton Internet
Security, Microsoft Antispyware beta 1, and creative surround mixer that came
with my audigy 2 sound card all comming on at startup...The problem is that
not all of them show when the computer starts up and its almost completely
random as to wheather they will all not show or just 1 etc. I cant figure out
why because I have went in all the programs and checked to make sure they are
set to be displayed on the taskbar and that they are not on always hide

My other question is when i go in to choose the progrems that will hide when
inactive, always show or always hide, many of the program names do not match
up with the icons that show next to them and many icons are showed in
duplicate places... however the programs come on at start up all have the
correct icon but it still might be showing for another program...
