There's nothing tricky about it,
clusters have been done for ages.
they're not as fast (per cpu) as smp
but a hell of alot cheaper.
i.e. a teraflop supercomputer will set you back around 5 million,
a teraflop cluster will cost 300,000
So what exactly are you planning to do with one of these Beowulf clusters if you do buy/build one of them Grizely?
