Playing old games and some help with PM2

I've been on bit of a nostalgia trip lately and playing allot of the old
footy management games.

However PM2 is really beginning to annoy me, great game and surprisingly
still playable for hours but how the hell can you renew your players
contracts? If anybody remembers or has a manual laying around I'd be
grateful if you could tell me
