Matsushita TM202 - Horz Sync won't lock in

I have 2 Millipede with a TM202 in them.

Both monitors were working fine and I sent the PCB's off to be
repaired.

Got the boards back and one worked fine and the other has horz sync
problems. It looks like the Horz frequecy is way off. There is not horz
freq adjustment on the monitor.


I placed the cabinets back to back and swapped the plugs and the game
worked in in the other cabinet so I can rule out the PCB & Power
Supply.

I have replaced IC401 & put a new Horz Hold pot in and no go.


Any Ideas??????
