like, boot updisk, antivirus removal tools ect.?

It will depend on whether your BIOS supports boot from USB devices.

You might want to check in your Motherboard manual or on the motherboard
manufacturers website

yes you can replace all your floppy drives by the DTX200 ,datastorage.fr ,had only to adjust the DTX200 to your floppy drive use..
