Led screen got half

Hello,
I have a toshiba satellite r850 with a led screen. More or less two thirds of the screen got totally white in some part and with tniny vertical colored lines in the rest. In the other third of the screen the image is just fine. For quite a while this anomaly only happened when I press the bottom of the screen and looked like a bad conection but now it happens all the time. If I connect to an external monitor every thing is just fine. Can some one please help me? Best regards. Paulo

screen failure of the lcd. if it under warranty contact the vendor.
