Always before I could find all the files for backing up OE folders and
messages under Local Settings in Settings & Documents. I can't find
Local Settings now and I need to back up so I can reformat. Please
help me find that folder. I searched under the search part of XP but
it came up with nothing. Is there another way I can back up everything
in OE where I would be able to reinstall it all after reinstallation
of the program?

The Local Settings folder is hidden in XP.

You can also do this....

Open OE | Tools | Options | Maintenance tab | Store folder button | Hit the
Tab key twice | Right click and select Copy

Now click your Start button | Run | Right click the empty box and select
Paste | Click OK

This will open your OE Store Folder.
