more megatouch monitor issues

I have another unit (type 66) its a tatung.

I has a good color but is slightly out of focus (and can't be adjusted out).

The wierd thing is, on the boot process when the dos level stuff is shown ,
its crystal clear.


is a focus problem something that a cap kit will fix??
