After being plagued with Spy/Adware and a couple of viruses the, OS is
now failing on a few points…

Search function not working.
WMP fails to load (internal application error).
System restore does not work.
Help & Support does not work.
And the computer will not connect to the Windows update website (says
‘done’ on blank page). Firefox will access this site, but obviously
can’t update computer using Firefox.

I have run Panda Titanium Anti-Virus & Microsoft Anti Spyware to clear
everything up, also tried Winsock Fix, but to no avail.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers
Paul
