Hi all I'm new to the world of palm, and I have this prob when im tryin
to hotsync, it will always hotsync for e previous user of the phone. how
can i change it then user to myself. btw I'm using a 2nd hand treo

You need to hard-reset your device and re-install/empty Palm Desktop. To
hard-reset with data loss you will typically need to press the reset at the
back while holding down the up arrow and/or power (been a while so I can't
remember for sure).
