I am running Windows XP home edition installed with SP2.

I seemed to have lost the facility to copy pictures onto a CD. Where
normally under Picture Tasks, click Copy to CD or Copy all items to CD, I
don't have these options any more.

Any ideas

Hi Mel,

Sounds like the Imapi burning service is disabled. This can happen if you
install some other burning software (Nero, Roxio, etc.) and is by design to
prevent conflicts. If this is not the case, then click start/run and type
msconfig, then click ok. Go to the services tab, recheck the line that loads
the imapi service. Click apply/ok and reboot as directed.
