This is possible depending on how much money you have and which direction you want to approach it with.
1). If you want something like a large video wall, then BARCO or similar companies have the products you want, from a video processor (multiple inputs merged into a single output) to a giant screen with multiple inputs going to different sections of the screen.
2.) If your looking at something more desktop sized or possible on a wall (but smaller then option 1), you should look at a video tree. Its multiple individual LCD screens held together by a framework.
3). Poor mans choice is to have a client workstation connected to a large monitor and use Remote Desktop (Windows) or Xming (Solaris / Unix / Linux) to display different remote sessions. These are not console outputs but rather remote display technology.
