Why my PC always hang??

Greetings..

Why my PC always hang.. It often happens when im playing games and when my PC idle also..
I've try to shut down the PC using on button but it cant..
When I want to turn on my PC it doesnt boot..
I've assemble my graphic card, ram and all wires and put them back then it can boot again..

I've run eventvwr.msc and get this critical message..

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. And it has something with kernel power...

Does my PC overheating or virus?
Plssss help me..

Two things come to mind. First one would be the power supply. It could be dieing. Second thing, heat. Clean all heat sinks/fans of dust/dirt.

i suggest that you should buy new hard disk your hard disk may have bad sectors

check first if the hadrdisk is working properly and also full scan the whole hard disk
