I was wondering what would be the best hardcore (max settings and awesome framespersecond :sol:  on most games) gaming rig I could build for under or equal to 2000 us dollars? I am selling some old stuff to get 2000 dollars this summer so I want only the best! :D

Forgive me, I thought you wanted a desktop. The only way to get the MSI Whitebook is from here:

They can customize it for you, which will be easier, but if you want to build your own, you have to get the parts off eBay. Also, $2000 probably isn't enough for a laptop. You can get very good parts on a desktop though.

If you build your own, it isn't enough. If you buy prebuilt, it will be decent.

hello? bump.

bumping is not allowed here.

other then that i think you need to do some research into what it takes to max modern games on a laptop.

a 580 will not max bf3 at 1080p.

you should look into getting both a desktop and laptop.
